What services does Lochside Motors Ltd offer?Lochside Motors Ltd provides a wide range of services including MOT testing, vehicle servicing, car diagnosis, vehicle inspection and repairs including timing belt replacements, clutch replacements, exhausts, battery checks and suspension component change outs.

When can I make a booking for?To make a service booking we normally require 2 weeks’ notice. For emergency repairs contact us to check availability. MOTs need to be booked 2-4 weeks in advance (dependent on time of year) and we will send out reminders if you have visited us before.

How much do your services cost?Our hourly labour rate is extremely competitive, and we will provide an estimate for your MOT and vehicle repairs once the vehicle has been checked. Parts supplied are OE approved and if requested we can use dealer approved parts.

What is your payment policy for services?Payment is required in full on completion and before pick up of the vehicle. Payment can be made by debit/credit card, bacs payment or cash.

What happens if my vehicle fails its MOT?We will contact you to give you the full details and an estimate for the work required. If you have advisories we can give you a quote for those upon request. Most vehicles that fail an MOT are fixed and retested the same day, unless parts are unavailable.
